Did Nasa lose contact with the spacecraft Lander?

The Interior Exploration using Seismic Investigations, Geodesy, and Heat Transport (InSight) mission was a robotic lander designed to study the deep interior of the planet Mars.

The InSight lander from NASA provided a glimpse into Mars’ “inner space.” In order to find the traces of the processes that produced the rocky planets of the inner solar system more than four billion years ago, its instruments peered into the Martian subsurface. The discoveries made by InSight give information on how rocky exoplanets, Mars, and even the Earth were created.

The Mars Phoenix lander from NASA served as the basis for the construction of the lander. The robotic arm on InSight measured more than 5 feet, 9 inches (1.8 meters). It removed a heat flow probe and seismometer from the deck and set them on the water’s surface. The color 3D views of the landing location, instrument placement, and activities were supplied by the arm’s camera. Weather and magnetic field fluctuations were detected via sensors.
