Decentraland
To make it very simple, Decentraland is a virtual reality platform virtual world, also known as a metaverse the platform allows three things to be traded:

- Goods,
- Services.

Concept ownership of digital real estate.Decentraland is permanently owned by the community, giving them full control over their creations
Users claim ownership of virtual land blockchain-based ledger of parcels.
The land is a non-fungible, transferrable, scarce digital asset stored in an Ethereum smart contract.ERC20 token called MANA purchases digital goods and services.Decentraland, unlike other virtual worlds and social networks, is not governed by a single entity.
There is no single agent with the authority to change software rules, land content, currency economics, or prevent others from doing so gaining access to the outside world.
